Theme Detector provides automated website technology detection services, including but not limited to CMS detection, theme detection, plugin detection, and technology stack identification. The Service analyzes publicly available information from user-provided URLs and returns detection results based on pattern matching and signature analysis.

3. Eligibility to Use the Service

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements and that you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Service responsibly and lawfully. You are solely responsible for:

• Any URLs you submit for scanning
• Ensuring you have the right to scan the websites you submit
• Maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials, if applicable
• All activities that occur under your use of the Service

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Service only for lawful, legitimate purposes. You may use detection results for research, competitive analysis, educational purposes, and personal or business decision-making, provided such use does not violate any applicable law or these Terms.

6. Prohibited Activities

You may NOT:

• Abuse the scanning system by submitting an excessive number of requests in a short period
• Overload or disrupt our servers, network, or infrastructure
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, its backend systems, or databases
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the detection engine
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers in a manner that harms service availability or degrades performance for other users
• Conduct or promote any illegal activity using the Service
• Use the Service to scan websites without authorization where such scanning is prohibited
• Upload or transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful content

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, branding, software, logos, design elements, text, graphics, and website materials associated with Theme Detector are the property of Global Kernel and Theme Detector. This includes the detection engine, algorithms, database schemas, and proprietary detection signatures.

Third-party trademarks, theme names, plugin names, brand names, and product names identified through the Service remain the property of their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in those third-party materials.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any part of the Service or its underlying technology without prior written permission from Global Kernel.

8. Third-Party Websites and Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Global Kernel. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. You acknowledge that we are not responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused by or in connection with your use of any third-party website or service.

9. Accuracy of Detection Results

Theme Detector provides detection results based on automated analysis of publicly available website data. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we do not guarantee 100% accuracy of:

• CMS Detection (content management system identification)
• Theme Detection (theme name and version identification)
• Plugin Detection (plugin or extension identification)
• Technology Detection (server, scripting language, framework identification)

Results are provided on a best-effort basis and should be used as informational references only. You should verify critical findings through direct inspection before making decisions based on detection results.

10. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, server issues, or factors beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOU USE THE SERVICE ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GLOBAL KERNEL AND Theme Detector SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. THIS INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF OR RELIANCE ON DETECTION RESULTS.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Global Kernel, Theme Detector, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.
